Fees and terms

Simple, and agreed in writing before we start.

Contingency: You pay nothing unless you hire someone we introduce.
The fee: A percentage of the first-year base salary, confirmed in writing before the search begins.
When you pay: We invoice on the candidate’s start date, payable within 30 days.
Guarantee: If a hire leaves within 60 days, we run a replacement search at no additional fee. Terms apply.
Confidentiality: Candidate details are shared only with their consent, and you agree not to pass them on.
